Review: Love, Chloe by Alessandra Torre via Goodreads

Love, ChloeLove, Chloe by Alessandra Torre
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

5 -From Spoiled Princess to Brantley's Babysitter&Assistant- Stars

Love, Chloe started as a blog post in Cosmo but I wasn't lucky enough to read it, then. Fortunately, Alessandra Torre turned the blog post into a stand-alone, full-length, in the taste of a romantic-comedy movie, fun novel.

Chloe Madison used to be a spoiled girl who lives in New York. Till the day she woke up by an FBI agent and learned that she her parents lost everything. And in a day, she turned into a girl who needs a job to pay her tuition and needs a place to stay.

I’d spent my whole life trying to impress people. Maybe that was the start of my fall, the last two decades one plush float into the depths of shallow, insecure, hell. All I know is that when I hit the bottom, I hit hard.

Now, she is alone. She needs to figure it out what to do with her life.

I was on my on and, for the first time, it didn't feel scary; it felt manageable.

During the time she is trying to figure her life out, she also needs to find herself and protect her heart. Because the heart is not something that will listen to the reasons or resolutions or life plans.

Better risk my safety on a dim New York street than my heart to a blue-collar stranger.
He was Vic. I was Chloe. It was done.

Love, Chloe was an entertaining story of Chloe Madison. This was the story of finding her way in New York on her own. But at the same time, it was her story of finding her real self and finding love.

Love, Chloe is the book you can read in one sitting. You will not want to stop. The story is flowing and you cannot help turning the pages. It's not the story that is so entertaining, it is also the characters. From time to time, I had to remind myself that the book was fiction and Chloe wasn't a real person. Same thing happened for Carter *dreamy sigh* as well.

In short...You should never miss reading this book. It will make you laugh, swoon, angry, hot&bothered. It was also an amazing experience on Kindle with all the graphics in the book.
Alessandra Torre, you did it again! You rock!!
